The mosquitos are becoming a huge issue due to the amount of leaves the landscapers blow into the bushes and areas off of the road. I walk my dog in the community, as well as the neighborhood everyday, and the mosquitos are only a problem in our complex. I would appreciate if the landscapers took the leaves instead did just blowing them off of the road and into the bushes and other landscaping.

Hello, thankyou for sharing your feedback allowing us the opportunity to improve. I have contacted our pest control company to see what solutions they can offer us about these pesky mosquitos! We have met with our landscaper this morning, and we have requested him to remove the leaves and to tackle this situation sooner than later. We appreciate you choosing Ventana as your home. We have lived at Ventana for the past 3 years, and recently renewed for another year. We love the amenities offered and the professionalism and reliability of maintenance here. However, communication between the management and residents could be improved, especially during the changes recently due to COVID-19. We have also not had adequate pest control lately, and mosquitos/cockroaches have become a problem, which I have experienced and heard the same from my neighbors in the community. All in all, we love our community and enjoy living here, but some things could definitely be improved.
