Very satisfied with living at Ventana. Grounds are well maintained. Lots of trees. Nice swimming pool with area for grilling. Pet friendly with large dog park. Maintenance and office staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff has always been helpful and responsive. Very attractive venue and grounds with pool. Venue is quiet and peaceful most of the time. Close to nice shops and multiple restaurants. In addition staff arranges periodically for various food trucks to come in the evenings. For those with dogs, has a large dog park.

Combines a relatively quiet environment within walking distance to stores, restaurants to movie theaters and other amenities. Staff is professional and overall helpful. Pool areas provide a place to relax after work.
