I have been complaining about a leak in my master bedroom for over a year and have been living with this brown spot. I'm hoping after many times of coming out to fix this problem it is finally fixed and not just patched up. For the price these apartments are, the quality of repairs, communication from the staff should be much better than it is. I am debating to go on social media and post my thoughts about this apartment complex. I am extremely disappointed. I have also put in a work order multiple times about my by AC leaking and again it is not fixed. My electricity bill is going up bc the unit is working harder than it needs to be. And above all, I am living in a place that is falling apart and I do not feel like I should be.
