The community is really nice with beautiful landscaping. We are at our second apartment within four years of living here and both times, the move in experience was unpleasant. There are several problems with the apartment upon move-in and many cockroaches until pest control has visited a few times. It is difficult to contact management unless through the online portal, but they are nice when they are available. Maintenance fixes issues quickly and are very nice. The smart locks are a nice touch to update the apartments. The structure of the apartments is not great, there are many cracks in the walls, especially after rainfall. I wish I could say I love these apartments for the price, but my opinion of them are quickly declining. I would not recommend this complex to a friend or family member and I regret signing another lease here.

The apartments are dated, but the community is great. The apartments are older but have a warm feeling. The gym is very old and dated; it has carpet which leaves an unpleasant smell. The gym is not stocked with cleaning wipes since covid-19 occurred, which seems contrary to what should be happening. The management team is nice enough, and maintenance is very quick to fix problems. We love how dog friendly this place is and the area has a lot to do. The best part is truly the community-it's quiet and safe with plenty of lights in most areas. Some aspects can be improved, but the quality is pretty good for the price when compared to newer apartments.

Although Ventana is an older community, it is truly a hidden gem conveniently located within walking distance of the many restaurants and a shopping center. All Venterra properties are super pet friendly, allowing up to three pets per apartment! The gym is sprayed on a regular basis with an antimicrobial treatment and our gym equipment is wiped down every morning with a disinfectant. Even though we take these precautions, we encourage all residents to bring their own wipes when accessing the fitness center and pool area in case wipes are not readily available. The apartments are okay for the price we are paying. The dog park is not well maintained, and has multiple spots without grass. There is a lot of pet waste that is not picked up which can be frustrating. The apartments themselves are a bit outdated. There are multiple leaks that take a long time to get fixed. The best part about these apartments is the location.
