Its what it seems to be. Not all but two of the staff in the front office are rude and give attitude. Their customer service is horrible. I come from a customer service background and they are far from fair. People fly through the parking lot and come in through the exit hauling tail and nothing is ever done. They give me crap about a sticker and insurance yet plenty of people live here without a ventana sticker and or just park here freely with no consequences. Its a double standard here if youre young.
