This property is overpriced. The upgrades are poorly done. The "SMART" upgrades aren't anything special. The smart thermostat isn't anything great when the hvac unit is decades old. Thesmart plug is a joke, there was supposed to be an upgraded gate, but that hasn't happened.

The overall community is nice. There are issues that need to be addressed. The walk through gate at the second gate appears to be continually broken. I have notified the front office and was advised that it had been fixed but when I tried the gate, it was broken again.
There are two gates and only the first gate has a keypad for entrance.
There are no remotes available and there is a fee to have one.
