Experience here has been good so far I really like this community. However, Not super happy with the quality of the unit itself for the price. Carpet is outdated, cabinets are poor quality, tub resurfacing was not done well, chipping. Ac drain and vents are rusty and old.

So far it has been great. The office staff is wonderful. The only things I would like to see improved are people bringing in their trash cans and the gate system to be upgraded. Sometimes the gate clickers take a while to work.
