Other then the convenience of living here. Maintenance weren't good and never actually fixed the plumbing issues in my unit nor the front door...they actually broke it. Never fixed the screen door and it would continually fall off as well.

So far so good, nice clean and quiet community. I appreciate that they have pools, grills, a business center and gym that are all open, clean and easy to access. The mail + package room are a good send since I used to live in a residential area where my packages would be stollen if not home.
