Moving in was probably one of the most difficult experiences I've ever had. I've had jobs at highly sensitive positions in law enforcement that were easier to get through than the application for this apartment. Everything was fine until the freeze of February 2021, and now we have constant maintenance issues, some of which haven't been fixed or become worse. I'm starting to regret ever moving here. I can't wait until the lease is over and I can move out and go somewhere else, preferably where maintenance staff is semi competent and the office staff actually cares for their residents.

In the beginning, everything was fine. But after a time, cracks started to show, problems grew, and despite several times of asking it to be resolved, management seems to not care to do it. All they seem to care is they get the rent money come the 1st of the month. I expected more from a place that likes to call itself luxury apartments.
