Office staff/maintenance is very nice and helpful. However, the quality of the apartments are extremely disappointing. The paint on the walls looks extremely rushed, missing a 1/4 inch strip of paint above the base boards in the entire apartment. You can see spots all over the ceilings and walls where the paint was touched up. The vinyl wood flooring is disappointing to say the least and looks extremely lazily installed. Some drawers are hard to pull out and push in. The outside of the cabinets look okay, but once you open them, you realize the only nice part is the cabinet doors, the inside of the cabinets are dated, dirty, and don't match; I would never want any guests to see the inside of them. The drawers have contact paper on the inside of them that is ripped and lazily installed. The fridge/ doors are missing the covers for the holes where you are able to switch the handles to the other side and you can't cover them with magnets because of little metal pieces sticking out. The apartment smelled like dogs when I moved in and there was a white substance found in various parts of the apartment-- on the floor, stuck to doors/cabinets. There was food stains left on the kitchen counters, huge wasp nests in the light fixture by the front door and on the balcony, the front door light fixture is missing two pieces of glass, and was missing a lightbulb before I put in a maintenance request. My AC unit was low on freon and I wasn't able to get my apartment under 80 degrees when I moved in. The oven was still dirty with food particles from the last tenant, and the dishwasher doesn't fit snug into the counter/cabinets and has a large gap on one side of it. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone without listing off all of the issues they may run into. The location is great, and the people are nice, but the apartments themselves are horrendous. I've lived here in a different unit and had most of the same issues, so after leaving for 7 months and coming back, it's disappointing to see the fresh rentals are still being rented out to people in this state.
