Great place, location good. Many dining options close by. Maintainence is fantastic. They go beyond just repairing stuff, they make sure it is perfect. The office staff is very good, get my requests turned in quickly. The club house and pool is very nice, the package room is very convienent.

Sometimes the staff could use better people skills. In renewing our lease we had problems accessing it on email. Then they said the sent us the new signed copy of the lease, but it didn’t work. Why do we have to wait until July to get our new copy of the lease?

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts! It sounds like you may be referring to your renewal. When renewing, the new contract becomes available the day the new lease starts. It is a little confusing, especially since your signing a new contract before the lease actually begins. However, we are more than happy to email you a copy once the new lease starts!
