There have been two issues large enough that were eithet dealt with after we made multiple calls, or not at all. One being staff gave access to our apartment by mistake to a cleaning crew so they entered without our knowledge/permission, and walked in while my husband was busy at work. Took multiple calls to talk to a Manager to deal with the issue and staff was extremely nonchalant about someone entering my home without my permission or knowledge. The other was that our friends moved in and put us down as a referall. We never got the $300 referral fee off our rent and they claim our name was never put down (our friends called twice to make sure we were down) and now we are told “there’s nothing that can be done”. As a resident i dont feel cared for in the slightest. We have stayed because of the convenience in location and we have other friends who aren’t far. A part from that I cant imagine we would have stayed here.
