It has been only a few weeks since i moved in. My experience so far has been great. I have a complaint about this survey though. it is requiring us to have a minimum of 200 characters of feedback. You should be thankful for the time i am taking to even provide this feedback. don't enforce such ridiculous rules.

This survey is too much. Answering a few questions is fine but when you ask me to write a dissertation on why I love my condo so much, I'm selling for you. I don't sell for free. If you want me to honestly complete this, I expect some sort or reciprocation for my time.

This is a Great community to live in with a lot of near by activities which include walking areas, movies, restaurants, and coffee shops. This is a pretty new community and I have enjoyed living in this area.

Unbelievable community. The complex is brand new so there are some kinks some no one has lived in them. The repairs are fast and Alex and the the maintenance team are friendly, funny and fast. Ashley and the office staff respond very quickly and always wave when they see you. Attended the first social (accidentally) last weekend and it was amazing. Food, wine, door prizes. Great place to call home. Amenities are top notch. People in the community overall are great. Staff is even better

I don't like being forced to answer questions I don't want to answer. This is why people don't like doing surveys. I wanted to give recognition to the young lady who helped me Ms. Victoria. Instead I was meet with this forced section of the survey. Answering a mandatory survey question is crazy.

The overall presentation of the property is beautiful as well as the amenities. However one of the most important steps when deciding on a home to move forward with is first impressions and experiences with the staff providing you with information, a tour and application process. For me, it was not pleasant. Maybe it was an off day for this staff member but my overall experience was uncomfortable and made me feel like a bother to even be there. Her lack of friendliness was unsettling and while she did answer my questions, she did not offer much information that would've better helped me understand the process, qualifications of renting with them, or just anything regarding the property itself etc. The lack of attentiveness to my arrival for my scheduled tour also put a bad taste in my mouth as well.

The property is beautiful, i love everything about it the amenities are to die for, the manager was really nice and answered all of our questions with respect however, the prices for this unit is beyond pricey and they do not respond to your emails.

This is a lovely community. The amenities seem maintained although this is still a very new community. The staff is courteous and professional. The move in special was impressive. I have only lived in townhome for a week and need a few service issues completed. I foresee a very comfortable living experience.

Really nice property. I enjoy the features inside the homes. Staff is really nice and helpful. I have enjoyed my experience so far. The only minor issue is I wish there was a dumpster on the property for convenience.

Great experience and very happy with the place. Very quiet and clean community. Beautiful pool nice gym. Close to Cibilo and shopping and movie theatres and gaming options for family and kids. The pickle ball dirt is great

Amazing I really like how the tour was and all of the amenities that were shown to me as I was walking around. I like that you can rent them out as well for different events and what not that you may want to have over in your space of living.

beautiful community and options just a little pricey. reduce the price by $100 to $200 and i would have signed a lease. Even with the special it's a little expensive. The $115 amenities fee is a bit steep as well.

It is a great area and I like amenities and surrounding businesses coming. I'm looking for an apartment as being a widow now a homeowner gets to be too much. To be honest stairs can be a lot also. I like to have the convenience to shopping and not have to drive far or even have them in walking distance. The affordability is important and security within the community. One area had maintenance personnel living on the property so there when you need them and a security person living there also.
