I would like to pay my rent early, through the portal, my statement do not post till the first, so I will not be late on my rent, most complex like their tenants to pay on time, at least pay my rent a couple of days early.

Units are spacious and reasonably priced. However, the elevator is frequently out of service, the hallways are dirty, and the building staff needs more maintenance staff on hand, as there are not enough to complete more urgent tasks that happen quickly.

When I moved in, I loved the unit layout, the unit being on the first floor, the area neighborhood and the incentive of first 2 months free rent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking was easily accessible. I really loved the in unit washer and dryer too.

It was a very nice facility when I first moved in. The residents were good, the apartments were nice, staff were nice. Now, it seems as though the facility has become trashy for lack of better term. Dog poop everywhere, there's trash everywhere, random things on everyone's balconies, trashed cars that haven't moved in months, dumpsters pile up, roach issues, fees for every little things including a $50 fee to pay your rent in the portal, the list goes on. It's disappointing to see how the apartments have turned out since I moved in.

Friendly office staff
I was shown 4 apartments by Rhett and he was super knowledgeable about the property and had great customer service. He answered all of my questions swiftly and with ease. He was professional, patient, and made the entire touring process feel comfortable and stress-free. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to help.

Be prepared for the noise. People walking in hallways, in the open area outside. They don't know how to not yell. And the smell of marijuana. Never experienced it in a no smoking area. Don't use patio because of this.
