So far the neighbors are not respectful of others. Always loud noises above me. Pouring dirty mop water over my balcony (they have a dog, so piss water hits my patio every day). Was told I was being put in the back but I’m right on the pool. I have anxiety, ppl are screaming out there and playing loud music all day on the weekends (especially on Sunday when the office is closed). Parking is often a nightmare. Dumpster is overflowing every weekend…the breezeways are filthy and full of bugs…I hate it, won’t be renewing

Management is both courteous and helpful. They also work hard to maintain a fun, safe and welcoming community. The community and its apartment homes are modern and with any issues the maintenance team responses with 24 hours and is diligent in their work.

Management and maintenance are always on the ball. They keep the community clean and quiet. I love the way they care for the residents by providing something special on every holiday. I love the dog park and the grooming area, the pool is always kept clean as well as the gym

I haven't been here but a few weeks but my experience is very well and staff is very helpful and respectful and amenities are very good, safety is very well so far. Everything is close by. My layout is Everything i want. If I have any grievance I'm sure I'll be handled expeditiously.

From my first experience when I walked in to view the apartment through my move in was such an easy process and it would not been possible without the the OUTSTANDING help of the Assistant Manager Edi! Nice looking apartments, appliances included. Rent is not as expensive as in other places. Unfortunately there are issues with packages steals, loud residents, loud pool parties. Sometimes I can smell weed even in my apartment. Security level is not the best, there were non residents coming and using the pool.

Overall it was good. Some problems with noisy and problematic neighbors that never improved. But my last impression was the worst, since I said I wouldn’t renew, the staff behaved horribly. To taking a month to provide paint to touch up the apartment (after many attempts), to not wanting to receive the apartment and walking it with me, to made sure nothing was damaged or missing

I have had the most amazing and enjoyable time so far at Wyldewood Gosling. I love the resort style pool area. I love that the pool is always clean and the grounds are always very well kept. I would recommend this property.

Overall experience is pretty good. Except the gym can be upgraded in the fire pit outside should be fixed. They should not be showing the amenities if they’re not really available. It’s like false advertisement and it could use some painting on the railings.

Great Experience since move in. I only wish the walking park on site was not shut down. Very quiet, smoke free, and great amenities. Staff has always been welcoming friendly. Like that they engage and plan resident events.

road noise is pretty bad! Maintenace and cleaning SUCK! Nothing is ever fixed just put caulk on my fridge door. Opened it this morning and it feel off. The Caulk did not work. Apartments need updated in appliances when they start to look as dirty and falling apart! Management needs to really look at things and not just say when they need to be replaced.

The community is modern with a great pool and work out areas. The neighbor his safe and great. You are near a wonderful park that is spectacular (Rosewood park) it has bike trails, kyack creek areas, horse trails. The scenic area is great from all the concrete.
