DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!
First, the communication between management to tenant is poor, for example; the water pressure was turned off at least 4 times without notification to the tenants. In one of those occasions, I was in the shower and when I called the leasing office I was told that they were aware of the situation but was never offered reimbursement or an apology for my inconvenience. All other times I arrived to my apartment to find out the water was again turned off. In one of those occasions my neighbors knocked on my door just to make sure they weren t the only ones without water. Second, I referred a co-worker to the apartments late September and filed the paper work early October but didn t receive the referral check until December after having to re submit paper work. This incident caused me to NOT refer other co-workers or friends and I m strongly convinced that the organization skills in the leasing office are also poor. Finally, I had a maintenance issue on a Saturday morning and when I placed a call I was told by the agent she was occupied with another tenant and she doesn t answer the phone out of respect. What a LIE! When I was there signing my lease she not only answered the company phone but answered her cell phone multiple times! When I told her I had an issue she had the nerve to tell me they wouldn t be able to come until Monday without even asking the severity of it and I had to fix the issue myself! In conclusion, my stay at Villages at Kirkwood was not a great or humble experience and therefore I ve chosen to be moved out.Share This Review
