Office staff is sub standard,very nice when you sign a lease,very rude after they get your money.They will not return phone calls and tell you that they are with tenants and will not answer the phone. BULL .LIE LIE LIE! They make sure they answer their private cell phones with tenants there and the office phone also.I just hate going in to the office because if you have a problem they will argue about it and inform you will have to talk to the manager. They removed the night drop box , I asked the front staff why and was told they just did. They fine for everything but only enforce what the want to.Tired of seeing junk cars in the parking lot.Have never had maintenance issue that was not resolved ASAP , Excellent! you must call maintenance to get work done , not the front office the just do not care about the tenants.Share This Review
