Not well kept, baseboards cannot be cleaned because of all the over painting. Carpet glue leftover from pulled up carpet, old appliances, cabinets. Trash bins are routinely over flowing with garbage. Other residents don't have common respect for others as they leave trash, smoke pot, and don't pick up animal waste in common areas.

Fast to fix any issue or concerns. Neighbors and how we all lookout for each other. Enjoy living in the community. Like the community activities and that is gives all a chance to meet. Looking forward to year ahead.

Although older apartments the staff does great job of doing anything to make a great place to live. From documenting to any maintenance needing to be done to make it feel like home. The garage is very small, but workable.

Cons: Out of date appliances, cabinets, decor. Paid garages are VERY small. No valet trash pickup. Pros: Office staff OUTSTANDING, Smart Home that controls lights, thermostat, and door locks. Outside grounds kept nice. Deliveries made to door.

Amazingly beautiful property with superior Customer Service. I am very impressed with the up-to-date technology and security. The community common areas are welcoming AND the pool area has a Hot Tub! Looking forward to my move in date!
