Nice staff in the office, both Koby and Sofia were always nice, friendly, and considerate of all their residents. The maintenance team was also very kind and got their work done on most occasions. There were some issues at move-in that never ended up getting resolved and incorrect information that was given to me due to miscommunication between the maintenance team and the office, but that only occurred at the beginning of my lease. There is also a major parking issue for this complex and that unless you have reserved parking, there are many nights that you will have to park outside the fence of the complex if you show up after 9 pm. Finally, the gate openers are very old and sometimes don't work as well as I would like considering they are $50 each, but you receive the $50 back once you return the gate opener after your lease. But despite all of that, everyone has been very kind and efficient and I have genuinely enjoyed my current stay here, and I do hope to renew my lease. The grounds are very nice, the set up of the rooms are very pretty and spacious for the rent, I do wish they had valet trash, but walking gave me more of a reason to not be too lazy. The grounds are nice for walking your pets, and although I have yet to use the pool and jacuzzi, they are both very well maintained. The events the office would provide for their residents for Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and even events to where they gave out free breakfast just because and a dog event where they made biscuits for the complexes pets were very sweet and considerate and showed a lot in how much they care about their residences. But most importantly, my neighbors were very kind and welcoming; many families live here and I enjoyed my mornings seeing the kids get onto the bus on my way to work or class. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and I would rate it 8/10.
