There is no resolution when a resident has discord with community staff. This alone is unacceptable because is is apparent there are no checks and balances or accountability. Most apartments owners give tenants an option to upgrade during lease or after. This one never considered asking its tenants regarding the smart technology upgrade. Why risk the satisfaction of tenants by enforcing an unnecessary security requirement by not surveying? MAA service demonstrates poor customer service on food trucks, increased rent, poor attempts to resolve parking lot hikes, interested there's each time on property, inconsistent property maintenance, pet park maintenance and gate lock security, insufficient garbage lighting, gate access refusal to change security code to deter crime, domestic violence, unmonitored back people gate cars after reporting, keeping grounds clean, refusal to fix our replace faulty gym equipment, locked restroom facility after hours but have an open gym room, no remote for gym, no clean sanitation practices, resources, and schedule for gym. Lastly ever-changing weekly office hours. No I will not be renewing. Yes, every single thing I have reported or witnessed for front office management and corporate. This REIT profits while tenants suffer financially and there is no peace living here, financially or in community.
