Horrible experience!

These are the worst apartment that I’ve ever lived in. Don’t move here! The rent is outrageous, the units are small, the carpet is dirty, there is a roach infestation, and no security on property…Our mail boxes had been broken into several times, forcing us to go to the post office to get our mail. This lasted for about 10 months, before the property decided to get new mailboxes. Units are falsely advertised, as the 3 bedroom is actually a 2bedroom w/a den. Maintenance will say they completed your work order, but never enter your apartment. Office staff is not helpful, as they do not resolve issues. Cars get broken into often & tires get stolen. There was also tenants in a unit that were involved in human trafficking, holding young girls in their apartment & the property manager did not notify other residence if this safety issue. The property manager acted confused. The equipment in the workout room does not work & the swimming pool foundation is cracked, making it easy to cut your feet or toes when you are in the pool. The pool is always dirty. Save yourself a headache & do not move her…You’re welcome.
