Not bad! Good enough.
I lived there for 2 yrs, moved out cuz I wanted to be closer to the energy corridor. When I moved in ------- still worked there, she was great! She gave me a great deal on a 2 bed 2 bath, much cheaper than what another leasing agent had given me 2 weeks before. Before I renewed the lease, the notice I got said the rent would increase by at least $60 if I'm not mistaken, but after talking to her she only increased it $20 for me, so I renewed it. And she always took care of what I needed. Now, after she left... I would always have a little headache dealing with the other leasing agents... Nothing major, but u do need to be persistent, I've emailed ------------ the manager, 2 or 3 times to make sure I could have something done, and then it got done. But I should also say that when it was an emergency, my ac went out during peak of summer, the maintenance guys were there really quickly with a portable unit and they fixed it quickly on the next business day. Parking sucks if u get home late! But I rented a covered spot, so that helped. At the end, I did get my deposit back, and the manager had even offered me a lower rent increase ($50 instead of $100) but my main motive to move out was wanting to be closer to work. If not, I'd probably have renewed my lease there cuz after all, I always felt safe there, it looked nice and clean, and the price was fair.Share This Review
