This would be a great place to live if the maintenance staff did a better job of clearing trash from the parking lot and property. Also, the stairwells and elevators should be sanitized on a more regular basis.

I have just moved in two weeks ago and so my experience is limited. The property is well maintained and the landscaping is lovely. I am looking forward to using the pool and gym as soon as time permits.

Lori Davis, is a responsive and reliable person…who has been present after quite a few managers, always make sure that we are updated, especially during our recent hurricane activities.

I like my neighbors here. Community events are fun. It would be helpful if there was someone to answer the phone on the office more often. If I go to the trouble to go there, the people are there. They are just not answering. That is frustrating.

Margaret C. moved in to Overture from a family home three months ago. Paperwork and lease and move in was smooth though Overture did not aid our move in any way. It's facility has a convenient useful storage locker program and garage that one can also lease which we did. The gym & pool are top notch. The non-working elevator hassle that continues to exist is however a real impediment to living in this place.

The concept of an active over 55 apartment community is really great. The execution of that concept needs a lot of work. Elevator is frequently broken, low end appliances are problematic, and the recent power outage due to Hurricane Beryl resulted in no communication or emergency measures.

I have lived here for 2 yrs. This apt was vacant for at least a year. I took a ground floor unit with a patio For my dog. There was NO GRASS in the patio And had to wait a year for the grass which died due To sprinklers not working. Grass was replaced same thing happened yet again. Mgmt is AWFUL

Very nice community, friendly, clean, quiet. But recently due to Tropical storm Beryl we lost power from July 8 and as of today 7/11 we still don’t have power. I called overture the second time & was told somebody will let me know approximately when The power will be back but I did not get any reply back.

The quality of the complex have went down since I moved here. Some of the gates are not always locked. The jacuzzi looks like a green pond. It hasn't been fixed since I've been here but one time? Pool was out of order for almost 2 months. Complex need to upgraded. My rent increased first year I was here but the quality of living does not.

Overall I like staying here at Overture. I’m concerned about the rising rent while the amenities are lessened. The community is good except for a few exceptions but I like the majority of my neighbors and the care shown for each other.

Since I moved here, I have had problems with noise from neighbors that doesn't stop. I have moved twice and end up with the same problem. The present noise problem is the worst. It's not a noise I listen to for a short time. I have had to listen to it for over an hour (2-3 hours) at a time. Not exactly how I would like to enjoy my time.

My overall experience at Overture 55+ has been very positive. The staff has been available whenever I needed to discuss an issue regarding my apartment or community issues. This is my second s independent living community. Comparing my last independent living community with Overture does not compare. Cleanliness is very important to my overall health. The first time I walked into the community I saw an area that was well lit and inviting.

My overall experience with overture is good. I like my neighbors and I like the activities. Not happy with the quality of work in the apartment unit. The appearance of the community could be better like keeping the windows clean. I'll keep up the outside of the premises, power washing the building, etc.
