Quiet place with friendly neighbors. I work from home and the quietness is ideal, because technically it is a "Cottage" with no connecting neighbors. The privacy of the backyard is nice and the grounds are great for my dogs to enjoy.

Furnace in the winter would not keep up with the cold temperatures, many days the furnace would not go over 64 degrees so we had to purchase multiple electric heaters to keep the rooms warm at night. The area and people are nice.

Friendly professional service, sheriff onsite , gated community. My child will be attending Weatherford highscool next year and the school is right across the street perfect for a 4 year contract chickfil a is nearby & daycare facilities.

Great gated Community with many amenities available. Pool, pickleball courts, gym, club house, dog park, and walking trails. This quiet community has a lot to offer being close to the freeway and downtown Weatherford.

Leo at Bethel Place in Weatherford Texas feels like home. The townhome feels lots better than an Apartment. They take very care of their tenants. Lovely homes - pool - gym - meeting rooms. Ashley Spencer is wonderful as well as Rusty.
