We were really happy when we first moved into these apartments in 2019. There is not tons of amenities, but it's a safe area in a good location and was decently priced. Seems to be slowly going downhill, prices are going up and we haven't had many updates to the property. Appliances only work for short periods of time and we haven't had an increase in neighbor issues. Seems like the new owners are cowards when it comes to addressing issues with other residents.

The Property Manager Logan was friendly and super easy to work with. I like the apartment. It has tall ceilings with a modern look to it. It feels like a really safe place to live and the parking is plentiful.

This is our first apartment. Previously we owned our homes, but this Apartment home is absolutely great. Additionally, the grounds are well cared for and maintained with weekly yard crews. Big closets, beautiful kitchen!

It has deteriorated, the walkways in building 3 are filthy, up and downstairs, the stairs as well, the ground floor and the top floor in the communal areas are not well kept, the neighbors on the top floor are noisy and rowdy without any consideration - even on a Sunday when everyone would respect it as a rest day, the neighbors get out of hand - this used to be a smoke-free property and as early as 6am you can smell cigarette smoke like it was a beer garden atmosphere.... people here speed inside the premises of the complex even at night....I could go on.

Far too expensive. No pool or gym. A few grills and a small garden bed of herbs is the "community garden." I miss the old manager, she was much nicer/friendly, and far better at communicating. The maintenance man is great though. Overall not worth the rent, which is probably why there are so many empty units.

I’ve been here for almost 2 years. For the most part it’s been great. Deanne was amazing, when there were problems she took care of it. Since she has left, this place has gone down hill. It states in our lease no smoking on the apartment grounds. Some people seem to be above that. They smoke on their patio and throw their cigarette butts all over. Yes, this has been mentioned by myself and other residents to the new property manager and nothing has been done about this. It shouldn’t be on the maintenance person to clean them up either.

His new management company could care less about its residence or its office staff. They replaced a seasonal manager with a 20 year-old that has no experience whatsoever. I've been in property management for 30 years. I've never seen anything like this. This community offers no amenities no renewal specialties, there was an apartment glut in the central Texas area and this property offers nothing

The on site manager is great, easy to work with, gets problems solved. It is a nice community of people to live around. The grounds are well maintained, and I love the herb garden. The only reservation I have concerns the online payment portal setup. Sometimes it has been almost impossible to deal with, and it took the persistent managers effort to solve the issues. The experience of living here is great and the units are spacious and nicely designed.

This is an exceptional apartment-living experience. The apartment layout are very thoughtfully designed with a surprising amount of storage. The staff is very responsive to requests, the neighbors are friendly but not intrusive and with the exception of occasional road noise the complex is quiet.

The only store within walking distance is a liquor store. You can not live here if you don't drive and have a car as there is no public transportation. When we had the last snow, we were without water for a week.
