A Positive Experience at Hart Apartments

Since I moved to Hart Apartments, my experience has been positive. From Day 1, Carlee made sure that everything was ready for my move-in, and my maintenance requests were taken care of very quickly. This is a nice, quiet apartment complex—well-located, well-maintained, and well-managed. While the listed price does not include add-ons like internet, pest control, and covered parking, they will disclose these upfront, which is standard in the industry. I suggest getting covered parking for the winter—it'll make your life easier. They also offer Peloton Bikes ?? with a membership included, as well as Echelon Mirrors, which is a great feature in addition to a separate gym room with standard equipment.

Great so far!

Just moved in recently and the apartment is great so far! Great staff as well. They have been very friendly and responsive, assisting whenever needed. The apartment looks great inside and all new and clean.

      Amazing place to live..

      I have lived here now for almost a year and I have nothing but great things to say. First of all the staff is wonderful- attentive, knowledgeable, kind, understanding and they always follow through. They take amazing care of the building and the residents who live here. And I love my apartment- I think the units are unique and beautifully done. I love the safety of the building (secured doors- key card or resident permitted call box access only) and that we are on our own road slightly tucked away but still close to everything- including the police and fire department which are less than a block away.. I truly love living here and feel fortunate to call Hart my home..
