Don&#39;t make one mistake with Adagio or they will not only make you pay almost $100 in fees&#44; but make you get a money order to boot. The money order is not in the contract&#44; but they say it is in the pay in 3 days or vacate letter&#44; so you have to pay it. Even though I tried to pay my rent less than 24 hours later&#44; they said no checks. I made arrangements to bring in my money order as requested and they made sure I had the 3 day pay or vacate letter before the end of the 6th so they could charge me $25 extra.
The apartments are not that nice either. Air filter replacement is not apart of routine maintenance. Stray cats and dog poo every where especially in the winter. In most eves of the building there are birds nests&#44; which even after they moved one the bird came back and so you have huge piles of bird droppings.
However&#44; if you want a change of scenery&#44; for a free muffin and a chance of 1 out of hundreds to win a free ipod&#44; this might be the place for you. However&#44; it is definitely over priced.

My family is so happy to move to Adagio. We wanted to live  at the south end of the Salt Lake Valley in a quiet and upscale community with easy access to the interstate, shopping, restaurants and all types of things to do. This is the perfect location for this. We are next to the Draper Splash Pad and my kids have already been there twice this week end. The 3 bedroom apartment we are in is so spacious with high ceiling. It has all the amenities like fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, fireplace and even a garage with some storage space. We love the view of the mountains off our deck and fresh breeze that blows through the apartment. This community feels safe. We love it.

Great atmosphere.  Lots of amenities.  Tidy and clean place. Friendly management.  The grounds are well kept. 2 swimming pools at different sites of the apartment complex. The gym is a great bonus. You get to know your neighbors.

I love this community because it's very calm and the neighbors are so respectful. What I loved more was having the opportunity to move to another apartment when I moved in and the first apartment I got was not big enough; the complex manager immediately provided me a solution that fulfilled my requirements.

Love the quiet surroundings and the nature attracted by the waterway. The view is wonderful and peaceful. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Everything a person needs is close by within walking distance - selection of markets, shopping and healthcare. The Adagio is a great community.

a great place to live with family and pets.  the neighbors are friendly and the staff friendly and efficient.  the villas are simple, but clean and spacious and with a beautiful view of the mountains.  in summer, children can play in the pool and run around in a large green area, in addition to which we have a playground just a few meters from the condominium and a large area for dogs to have fun.

Hi, I am happy to live in this apartment.  Maybe because it's warm, depending on how bad the bugs are, they'll choose whether or not to continue living again.  Currently, there are no bugs in my house

It's a great community! Office staff is amazing! Maintenance staff very knowledgeable! Beautiful community love the duck pond! Close to shopping and schools parks,skate park, and dog park! Restaurants nearby!

So far I have been here only a week and a half. But I am enjoying the community and the grounds very well. And I am happy to be apart of it. I hope that I will be comfortable here for a very long time.

apartment with great pet friendly location. close to schools, dog park, children's park. My neighbors are great and the building maintenance people are   addition to the rental price being good for the location and space.
