Adagio is a terrible place to live. The management is disingenuous. I have lived there for a year and my move in went poorly in that the unit was not ready and had crews in it the day of move in painting. Too bad for me because the moving truck was there with my furniture and management was hostile to the notion of even giving me a one day break in the rent.
Upon my arrival the new carpet and paint did not resolve the fact the apartment was filthy. There were dirty clothes behind the washer/dryer. Lint clogged vents. Garbage under and behind the refrigerator.
The heat and air conditioner are noisy and inefficient. Over all the place has very poor maintenance. The microwave and garbage disposal did not work and there were many issues with the maintenance department/management getting anything repaired and replaced.
There is a reason they are always promoting their $400.00 referral that they give tenants who get someone to move in because if it were less it would not be worth losing friends, it is not even worth the $400.00.
When your lease term is realized they charge $150 a month for a fee for month to month , unless you sign another long term contract. Management would rather you leave because that way they can keep your deposits and the agents can get a commission on a new signed contract.
Overall the place is just rotten because of management!
