The office management has been wonderful to work with. The office staff, when the management is out, rarely answers the phone or return phone calls. When I had my first water damage issue - when the apartment was being flooded by the apartment above, the girl in the office who did answer the phone told me that she couldn't help me and to wait and call back after hours and maybe they could.
Two months later I now have mold growing in the walls of the room that flooded and the Master bedroom where the walls connect by evidence that the mold grew through the dry wall and through the paint of the Master bedroom. The maintenance tech elected to paint over the mold instead of properly handle it. This was my determining factor for moving out at the end of my lease.
