I can top ALL of these bad experiances, these apartments are HORRIBLE!!!!!

I actually lived in these apartments for two years. My husband and I decided that when we moved here we wouldn't move out until we bought a home (which has now happened) When we moved in we had neighbors upstairs that where horrific!! They used their upstairs balcony as a place for their 3 dogs to use the bathroom. The feces and urine would fall right through the wood slats and land on our patio, walls, and windows. The smell was nauseating and we called and complained probably 15 times over a 4 month period. NOTHING WAS EVER DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! We would receive notices on OUR door almost weekly that WE were out of compliance, and that WE needed to clean up our balcony. The neighbors upstairs where never told to clean up the mess and when my husband ( who is a police officer)finally talked to the neighbors, they brought down a couple of buckets and dropped them on the cement. When it was time for these neighbors to move, NOTHING was done. I had to call upper managment(whom, by the way, the office staff WILL NOT give you a number for....conveniently) and then they sent a matinence worker to power spray (but never chemically clean) our patio. This was 6 months ago, and there are still urine stains on my patio and walls.<br>THis is just the most upsetting of MANY bad experiances I have had while living here. If you still feel that moving here is a good idea, just plan on NO help or kindness (other than the plate of cookies by their office door) from the office staff here.<br><br>Cars are contantly being broken into, parking is a HUGE problem!!<br><br>We also had a broken toilet and it took 5 trips from maitneence before it was fixed. We have a water heater that leaks and have them TRY to fix ti 4 times. Don;t plan on satisfaction.
