Terrible place

Do not live here!!! I was the first resident and was very happy with how beautiful and clean things were when I moved in 2023. Then they started adding on ridiculous fees on top of rent. The garage doors and elevators were broken almost monthly the past two years. When I moved out I was charged a carpet cleaning fee of $60 and my apartment does not have carpet. There is dog poop in the elevators, they covered up stains with a mat. They charged outrageous Utility fees every month. They charged me $133 on my last month, they inflated these charges so they didnt have to refund my total deposit when I moved out. They will charge you utility costs $100+, parking $75 , and mandatory internet $99 every month, on top of the Murray power you already pay for. You are charged for a commons room, that they leave the tv and lights on 24hrs a day. The hot tub did not work the first 7 months I lived here. The garbage area is disgusting! I am thoroughly disgusted in THE VINE! The will rip you off on your deposit when you move out by adding -------- errouneous fees. There is absolutely no parking for friends or family to visit. If they park for more than 15 minutes they will be towed away. DO YOURSELF a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE! Donna Dwyer
