Marketed as Luxury, Fails Basic Safety and Functionality

This building is marketed as â€œluxury,â€� but our experience revealed persistent safety hazards, unfinished construction details, and poor maintenance. We documented broken glass, dead insects, and open industrial paint materials left in common areas for over ten days after being reported with photos. Inside the unit, multiple basic systems and fixtures failed or were improperly installed, including a garbage disposal that broke after light use, exposed carpet tacks in walking areas, extremely poor shower water pressure, and a rusty blade found under the oven. The kitchen exhaust fan situation was a basic functionality failure: it was left running continuously when we moved in, took weeks to get shut off, and still cannot be turned on because no switch was ever installed. Noise disturbances occurred at all hours, making it difficult to live or work in the unit, and package delivery problems were ongoing. This is not about preferences or amenities. It’s about safety, build quality, and baseline standards. For the price being charged, this building does not meet reasonable expectations, and we would strongly caution anyone considering it.
