Really impressed with this community!
Really impressed with this community! Everything feels clean, quiet, and well cared. Andrea was amazing to work with. Super friendly, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing property!
I toured Viviano at Saratoga Springs this week and was so impressed! The homes are beautiful! everything feels high-end. The kitchens have gorgeous finishes, the layouts are open and bright, and the overall community design feels really welcoming. The staff who showed us around were friendly and professional, and they answered all our questions. Definitely one of the nicest communities Ive seen in the area!

Looking Forward to Moving In
Viviano in Saratoga Springs already looks beautiful. The buildings have a modern style, and the community feels open and welcoming. To me, it even looks bigger than Riverton, and just as well done. I’ve heard move-ins could start in November, and I’m excited to check it out once the office opens. From the location to the design, everything about it feels like a place I’d want to call home.
