Carpet and building shared areas are unkept and dirty. Management doesn't care. Residents don't care. Pets pee in elevators. Management can be unprofessional at times. Guest Parking is a rip off. Packages get stolen.

My experience started good. Staff are very attentive. However there are residents who have damaged the property. During moving there needs to be a better system. The garage is unsafe due to speeders. Residents have been allowed to have big dogs and do no clean up after them .

Love my home, just hate the nasty dog smell everywhere, and the pee of animals around the hall and common areas is disturbing. Hate that every morning I wake up to the trash pick up, there is no quite in morning.

there has been so many changes from what was originally stated first one is parking forcing all tenents to either pay for parking or walk farther which is ridiculous. all the employees are so nice about it but there are so many additional costs that are ridiculous

The apartment is beautiful, no bugs, no maintenance issues yet. I can hear my neighbors very easily though, thankful for quiet hours. The amenities are great but some of the neighbors can be quite loud (playing music at pool and in courtyard) and I'm disappointed by the dog urine in the stairwells.

Guest parking should be complimentary for Residents to provide to their guests. 10$ per day is too much, given zero nearby alternatives. Let it be first come first serve. Trash valet service should be voluntary. .

The leasing staff isn't very timely with their responses, Jennifer is a little rude, the visitor parking regulations are unreasonable, sometimes the office is closed during the listed hours of operation, the only friendly people on staff are Mr. Darren, Kevin and Francisco; the internet goes out all the time; the concierge button for the front door barely works

The facilities themselves are impressive?new, modern, and supported by a staff that is both professional and friendly. Most neighbors are considerate as well. However, the problems begin with the quality of services. Everything is automated, so if you encounter issues like noise complaints, package delivery problems, or other inconveniences like trash or smoke, your only options are to report them when a staff member happens to be on-site or hope the problem resolves on its own (which is rarely the case). For example, there are frequent problems with the mail room access, which sometimes leads to delivery drivers leaving packages outside the manager's office instead of in the package room, increasing the risk of theft. A major frustration is that the door locks to the garage and common areas often malfunction, and the garage doors trigger a loud alarm every time someone opens them without using a key fob (though oddly, the doors can still be opened this way). The alarm is disruptive, sounding multiple times a day and reverberating throughout the hallways. This is only after 2 months of living hear. I love the scenery, love the music selection, I love the smell of the space. Staff are nice and are always assisting. Love the amenities also. Still a few kinks to work out, soo I can't wait till living a whole year to see what happens.

Conceirge is needed to eliminate small problems such as routing and placement of packages. I had an item stole that was not replaceable. Doors are not secured to keep out trespassers. The lifeguard does not check for bands and allows neighbors from the community to enter. People "trespassers " wonder the property at all time. Especially after hours and on the weekends.
