I like how they treat you with kindness and care and are attentive to respond to any problem that there is in the apartment and they repair it immediately. I recommend it. It is well done. I like it because the maintenance is very good. They are not dirty.

Great staff. Very prompt in getting us a lease quickly. Great tour of updated facilities! Good people that live in community. Very workable with my pet dog. Staff is prompt on fixing things. Community is always clean too.

Super convenient, great value, lots of open space, decent amount of parking, safe and very close to Fairfax fire and paramedics. We looked several other places in the area but none were better for us than Beacon Hill Apartments.

I love it here!!!! The staff is friendly. It's conveniently located near everything I need and it's close to DC. It's a great spot for walking and exercising outside when the weather permits!! Family and dog friendly if you have pets

Current building is nice, clean and quiet. I think that more should be done about the safety of residents. Like secure entrances. And parking for residents should be in designated areas and visitors in other.

I really feel satisfied with the service they currently provide, I lived in these apartments for 4 years and I left for 2 years, now that I returned everything is much better, now we have a gym and the staff has greatly improved their service and when something If it gets damaged, the maintenance team arrives as quickly as possible, but with regard to cleaning, I think it was better before.

the community is nice and quiet and the people are polite. They keep the hallways clean just need to vaccum the rugs in the buildings. The shopping and transportation is greatly available to get around.. I am so glad a bus comes in the complex. !

I wouldn't recommend, a lot of neighbors are rude leasing agents are very rude and disrespectful all the time, the price of rent is way to much for this small apartment. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to live here unless there was different people in the rental office who actually cared about the community

The community is very nice and welcoming and very understanding and very polite, the office leasing management team is very kind and very reassuring especially when the moving process began. I would recommend this place but some bugs come here and there but seems to be great!
