Great Place to Live

Per the last writer, no, I am NOT management. We moved in a little over a year ago. The property manager, front desk staff and the maintenance staff are all friendly, courteous, professional and responsive. We have had only one non-emergency plumbing problem and that was taken care of in a few hours. The staff do a very good job to ensure the building is secure. To gain access, you either have to live here or get buzzed in by a resident outside the lobby door. The building itself ( lobby, hallways and elevators and laundry room ) and the grounds are clean and well kept. The residents are very respectful of each other's privacy and desire for peace and quiet. If you are a wild and crazy person and love to party all of the time don't move here neither management nor residents will tolerate you. There is a terrace and pool on the roof of the building so residents have places to relax during the warm months. We have a 1120 square foot apartment: 2 bedrooms; living room; dining room; adequate kitchen space and 1 bathroom. We also have a balcony looking west on Columbia Pike. Its a great place to relax. If you have an apartment and balcony on the other side of the building and are on the upper floors you may have the best view of Washington in Arlington. I don't think you can find too many other places that have a better monthly rent to square foot ratio ( or the other way around ) especially when you consider the outrageous rents for smaller units on the Orange Line Corridor in Arlington.
