Terrible Management but good location and price
The manager of this building, I think her name is Mila, is extremely rude and painfully to deal with. She is not professional and doesn't know what she is doing. She often acts like she is running a prison or refugee camp:) Everything was a problem when I first moved in here. I have never experienced anything like this before. Once i moved in and was done with her, I enjoyed living in this building. There is a major construction on the street right across from the apartment. If you don't work from home or not at home during the day it wouldn't bother you. The noise from the construction hasn't bothered me yet. Why am I still here? The location, price, and safety. The building is very quiet. There are a lot of retired folks in the building and they are very quiet. The neighborhood is very safe and the location is great (if there is no traffic, I will be in DC in 10min). I looked around for other places to find a better priced apartment but i couldn't. You should check the River house, I missed on their special deal. They lower the rents of the apartments that have been empty for a while. Their rent price was very to close my current rent.Share This Review
