Apartments are fine, Management is TERRIBLE

I liked living in these apartments. They are affordable for the location, other newer apartments (but with washer/dryer in unit) are much more expensive. I lived here for six months and never saw any bugs other than lady bugs, and other than the trash rooms making the hallway smelly, everything was clean. The shower heads in most of the apartments have a lo-flow rescrictor that makes your shower into a trickle, but everything else in the apartment worked well, and, although you can hear and smell most of what your neighbors are doing, it was a nice place to live. If you need help from management or the receptionists, be ready for a battle. Maintainence is great, they are friendly and respectful and fast, but all other issues you may have that involve speaking to the management, beware. Everyone, and I have dealt with at least 5 people, is very unhelpful. Either they are not in, leave for the day or vacation after getting your message but before returning your call, unable to answer questions or give you procedure on how their processes work, and almost everyone is very very very rude. I am firm and clear but curtious when dealing with everyone I have spoken to, knowing they are quick to be nasty, but just be prepared to deal with people who are mean as snakes, slippery as eels and as helpful as a hole in the head.
