I have lived at 2200 for 4 and a half years, and recommend it without reservation. In my experience the building management and staff have always been responsive, patient and ready to assist in a friendly and professional manner. Any questions or problems I have brought to management's attention are handled expeditiously with a minimum of inconvenience or delay.
The building location is convenient to public transportation as well as access to 395. The neighborhood has several new retail establishments, including restaurants and a new supermarket, all within walking distance of 2200. My apartment is spacious, with plenty of closet space, and a good-size modern kitchen with good storage. In my opinion, 2200 is an excellent value for my money.
