This place is a dump and is run like a concentration camp. The hallway carpeting is heavily stained, the elevators are defaced with marring and missing pieces of veneer, the washers and dryers operate sporadically and refunds from broken machines are impossible to get, the heating and A/C are centrally controlled which leads to sweltering Spring months and freezing Falls. The general manager is a control freak more intend upon enforcing her own made up rules (not to be found in the lease) than in serving the tenants. The apartments may be larger than newer ones on the Pike but the price differential is narrowing. You's be better off living in a tent or cardboard box under the underpass.
