I feel as though I have the best unit in the building! Repairs are made timely and the website tracks the progress of the repair i.e., if a request is in process or completed. The building is very quiet and well maintained in every regard.
The desk staff is friendly and helpful at all times. They often host gatherings that help build a sense of community for everyone. I have only a few issues to mention
1). Slippery parking lot surface
2). Parking lots should be cleaned of papers and trash continually
3). Residents in the lobby that are not dressed for the street - some people wear old ragged & worn out T-shirts, or even pajamas to the lobby which is a public area
I have lived in a number of buildings in Arlington and this is my favorite one by far.
