I have now lived in the building for 6 years, in two different units. I can not begin to say enough good about the management, maintenance and the front desk.
I work in hospitality so for me good service is everything. There has never been a time that I have not put in a request, ask for help or needed something that Kelsey hasn't taken care of - I feel like she is my go to girl and I so appreciate it.
The maintenance staff is incredible - Carlton is the man!!! They have installed lighting fixtures for me, brought boxes that were delivered to my unit and removed Christmas trees along with all the normal maintenance request.
The building as a whole almost feel like family - Mila really seems to care about the building and works hard at showing the tenants that they are appreciated.
I could go on an on - I could easily move to one of the newer builds on the pike but due to the way I have been treated from Mila, Kelsey and the rest of the staff I would not dream of moving.
I do wish that they would allow small pets.
