I have lived at 2200 for almost a year. Moving in was easy and smooth. If you're an educator or federal employee, you get a discount on the deposit. I love the location of the apartment. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and the Giant is within walking distance. Most of the staff at the front desk are nice and helpful. There are two older ladies that are usually here on the weekends and they are already friendly. Kelsey and Tiffany are always polite and helpful. The front desk is is staffed 24/7.
The maintenance and cleaning staff are nice and very prompt. Almost all of my maintenance requests are responded to within 24 hours.
The gym is being remodeled and updated (thankfully), so I'm excited for that. There is a rooftop pool and it's never really crowded. The lifeguard is polite and friendly. My only complaint is the laundry room, it definitely needs to be updated. The machines are old and frequently malfunction. But overall, this has been the best complex that I've lived in.
