I've lived here for 8 years in an Executive One Bedroom apartment and have enjoyed every minute. I'm leaving for forces beyond my control (JOB)!! The staff here are very nice, especially Kelsey, Mila and all front desk staff. Every time there has been a problem, the maint. staff are quick to fix the issue - you can even submit maint. requests online via a request portal. Also the recent remodel of the common areas has made the building more attractive and peaceful. My apartment has a nice view from the 10th floor and the view has made living here even better. The building is conveniently located and the owners started a shuttle to/from the metro during rush hour a few years ago. The only negative aspect which really can't be controlled is that the AC and heat are centrally controlled since the building is older. It does get hot sometimes in the Spring if the weather turns hot quickly, but with a fan, it is not too bad. All in all, I would recommend anyone to live in this building which is a bit cheaper than surrounding buildings!
