A well-managed building recently upgraded with double pane windows, new hall carpeting and remake of hallways, laundry room, and outdoor party/cooking facilities. Has all amenities. Efficient maintenence staff with quick response times. Very courteous front desk staff. Have lived here 49 years.

Well maintained building with courteous staff. Recently had extensive renovations. Convenient to Metrobus and shopping within walking distance. Repair and maintenance issues for individual apartments are promptly resolved. Comments by a 48-year resident.

This community has well-maintained properties which were recently renovated. The staff is always courteous and promptly responds to service requests and other needs. I would recommend the community to anyone seeking a convenient and high quality residential experience in Arlington Virginia
