A biggest rip off

Save your soul a biggest rip off and don't move here. Don't go by interiors of apartment. It will be a heavy price to rent an apartment here. There are apartments in neighborhood decently priced that provide free utilities and have better polite, friendly management. The management is one of the rudest management you will ever experience. There have been many incidents where management never paid back security deposit to tenants and they will give all excuses of the world to rip you with a minimum bill of 600 dollars. By default, they will charge for carpet cleaning 150 dollars plus management will always charge you with a new carpet cost. Folks have got house cleaned through maids but have been ripped badly by management. No matter how clean you give them back a clean apartment, normal wear and tear is not at all acceptable to them. They need apartment ---- and span just new and seems management lady will get a microscope to find a tiny particle of dust and charge you. Don't say you were not warned. Try at your own risk and be next one to post your experience. No one is leasing their apartments. Not at all recommended.
