Our first two weeks at the Commodore have been great! Everything works well in our brand new apartment. The amenities are pristine and are a pleasure to use (we started hitting the gym a lot more than we used to at our previous place). The apartment itself turned out to be very well though-through. The storage space is ample, and its capacity exceeded our expectations.

Amazing place to live so far! Great amenities, friendly staff, beautiful apartments with floor to ceiling windows! Can’t beat the location-right next to the metro and so close to Clarendon! I’m obsessed with this area and my friends love the rooftop here!

I am so happy in my new home. Amazing location, amenities and beautiful units. Management is on top of It and is the cherry on top to an amazing living experience. Our move in experience was also seamless! We haven’t had any issues, but I’m sure If anything came up the amazing professional staff would be able to assist right away

Great new building that really is quality built and it’s in one of the better locations of Arlington. The rooftop has some of the best views I’ve seen. The staff are very professional and friendly. Dog loves the big windows

The Commodore is an excellent building! You’ll love the view of Georgetown, the amenities, and the excellent building staff. I was so impressed by how quickly the building responds to maintenance requests and I feel like the staff know me and truly care about my experience here.

From the start of the process in scheduling a tour to the application/lease execution and then move in, everything was smooth. Leasing office personnel - I worked with Gemma B. - are professional, courteous, communicative and responsive. The apartment fit my needs perfectly. The building is new and everything presented on the website is true to the actual property. The location - next to the Court House Metro - and only a few blocks from groceries (Whole Foods; Safeway), conveniences (Target; CVS) and restaurants makes this a very walkable neighborhood.

I recently toured some apartments with Cy, and it was an amazing experience. From the get-go, Cy's extensive knowledge of the property and her warm demeanor put me at ease. The neighborhood is amazing! Everything is walking distance and so safe. The building and leasing team itself is amazing! Definitely great spot to live and would highly recommend the commodore to a friend!

Looks nice on the outside, but when you scratch the surface the problems start to appear. The concierge isn’t really 24 hours as they claim. They spend the night hanging out at the seven eleven down the street. Half the amentities are inaccessible and some only accessible during limited hours. Staff tells you to submit your issues via the portal when you come down to talk to them, but they don’t answer the communication in the portal. The move in process is unnecessary. The heating and cooling is pretty terrible. It’s basically whatever temperature they set for you I was told if it’s within 5 degrees of the thermostat it is working. The mandatory internet service is terrible. The router will not connect to many of our devices and the support is non existent . Have a look at their reviews before you get excited. The internet randomly cuts out and doesn’t work for long periods of time. There are a lot of hidden fees to the price in addition to what they list the apartment at.

The beauty of The Commodore cannot be compared to any other apartments I have seen in Arlington/Clarendon area. It’s got charm, character, and beauty with the decor, homey, modern feel. Love the amenities especially the gym, courtyard, clubroom.

I had an outstanding experience with The Commodore Leasing office, the concierge staff, and the move-in process—exceeding all my expectations! The building offers superb amenities, excellent apartment finishes, and an ideal location. The staff's fantastic service and accommodating nature truly made me confident in my decision to choose this building! I have recommended the apartment to my friends in the area and that will be moving here soon!

The apartment is nice. The price is higher here than most of Arlington for new buildings. The one bedrooms run small but the two bedrooms are nice. Spacious fridge and closets. The leasing staff is ok. Community events are starting this month. The gym needs work it’s missing machines so limited on workout capability but close to lifetime fitness.

The building is beautiful and brand new! They put a lot of thought into the features and have excellent amenities. My favorites are the demo kitchen and the yoga studio! Looking forward to the upcoming holiday community events and meeting my neighbors.
