The management staff are very on top of things. They work hard to see things are maintained and deal with issues as needed. The company needs to invest in upgrading the carpet, wall paint and some of the decor. Manager tries to keep it clean but can only do so much. With that, we love the new lighting in the halls and updated smartrent.

My apartment experience has been wonderful. Great management and a wonderful community. I've lived in apartments all over the east coast and this is by far my favorite. The apartment finish quality is real wood and appliances are regularly updated without my request. Thank you!

We generally like living here. The maintenance and administration is very good and responsive. The amenities are also quite nice. However, a lot of the appliances are older and break often. Also, there are often "community" events where snacks or activities are provided which is great in theory, but they are always on weekdays between 10am and 3pm which makes it impossible to attend if you're working or going to school full-time.

Leasing office and their staffs are very kind. However, there are many pet wastes around the grounds and smell of weed everywhere in spite of the no smoking policy. The small dog park is often so littered with feces that I do not ever use it for my dog.

Overall, this is a good ;place to live. It is clean, service issues are resolved quickly. Most people say hello and the people who work in the offices are wonderful. The dogs baring is a constant issue. There seems no way to enforce the rules as the same dogs have been barking for years. Horns going off in the ;parking lot are freaquent and disturbing.

I enjoy being close to TJ's and Costco within walking distance. Traffic is heavy and tons of dogs. I am elderly and want to move to main building instead of carriage house and they implemented new policies to prevent transfers.

We are making friends with a wonderfully diverse community. Ages one to 90. The staff is outstanding. And so are the facilities. A plus? Dog walkers. Pie days and special holidays. Can walk everywhere. Free transport included.

Stonefield is a great place to live! The building is clean and well-maintained, and I love my apartment. Everyone is friendly too. There are lots of amenities - pool, gym, common spaces, etc. And it's close to UVA, downtown Charlottesville, and other places!

We love living at Stonefield Commons! It is so clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can't beat the location either! It is convenient to many things, and for us, it is convenient to hoping on 250 and getting to the interstate quickly.

Facilities are nice, clean and well-maintained. Amenities are excellent?business office, great gym, and nice pool and grilling pavilion. The only luxury apartments with elevators, which we needed. Staff is helpful and responsive. Great place to live!

We recently moved into Stonefield Commons Apartment Complex. This is a beautiful complex with excellent staff. Beverly and Christina are amazing and very supportive. Fantastic location-close to restaurants and shops! Highly recommend!!

Sink faucet was dripping water for several days. Concerned that the dripping water would leak onto my carpet, I notified the emergency maintenance number. I was asked if it could wait until the next morning. Maintenance arrived in the morning and corrected the problem by replacing a part.
