Since I moved to Wellington apartments I have been very pleased with everything they have to offer. I think the apartments are very nice and affordable for what they provide besides not having a balcony for each apartment. All trouble calls have put have been resolved in a reasonable amount of time. Other than that I have no complaints thus far.

I enjoy the quietness of the area, when my boys were young the distance between the schools and the apartment. I like how the areas are being developed. I am happy to see and hear children in the area.

The apartment complex in general is great, but there have been some negative experiences over the past two years. One was that they stopped including water and they don't have a good system to prorate so my water bill is extremely and might be the same as someone with six people. My daughter lives in a 3 bedroom house with four people and her water bill is lower. The second issue is that 2 years ago my rent was increased $250/month which was hard to swallow. Then the next year it was raised $125. That is a huge increase, and since I don't live in upgraded apartment I asked that my appliances and cabinets be replaced and that is (I hope) in the process. But in closing my overall opinion is still very positive since I have lived here for 6 years and have no intention of moving. It's just smaller things that have been a struggle for me.

Very quiet community, very well kept, office is extremely attentive. Not much going on in the neighborhood, kid friendly, pet friendly. Apartments are well kept. Any problems, notify the office and they move fairly quick to complete work orders. Security doesn't answer but not much of a reason to call. Have smoking in the hall every now and then but the office deals with it accordingly and does a great job at it. Watch your monthly rent statement because sometimes the company will enroll in things that cost. Like, you will get a free trial but be sure to cancel it. I got charged one month, but if you reach out, they do respond. No complaints. I would definitely recommend moving here.

This apartment complex overall is well kept and quiet. The appearance is clean and any maintenance issues are tended to quickly. Located conveniently to interstate access schools and shopping along with a variety of eating establishments.

My experience has been great. I can't complain too much. It's quiet but I think it needs a few upgrades. They need to take up all carpet in living rooms and put in hard flooring. All upgrades b4 rent increases

So far my stay has been amazing. Haven't had any issues besides my car being broken into which wasn't their fault. If any issues do arise Wellington team is on it. Would recommend any one needing, a affordable place to rent, to rent here.

Besides our outlets not working it has been great. We have informed maintenance and nothing has been done. We have only maybe five working outlets working in the entire apartment. The staff in the office has been great.

Since moving in dont really have much to say about the community. Seem most tenants keep to themselves. All seem friendly, facilities seem relatively clean. All in all this apartment complex is better than my last rental.

It has worsened regarding bugs: water bugs and roaches. Especially around the building at night. Please start spraying around the buildings. Why are we paying a pest fee if it's not helping? I never had these issues with the last apartment I had in the community before this.

I've been living at welling for a few months now, and noticed how quiet the neighborhood is. It's placed just right where everything is, a gas station across the street, two car service buildings, grocery shopping less than a 5 min drive, and a lot of eateries around as well.

I've enjoyed my time here at the Wellington at Western Branch. For the price of the apartment, there's a lot of space in my 2 bedroom. Maintenance comes within 24-48 hours, which isn't bad considering the size of the apartment complex. I've had no issues with neighbors and the office staff has been nothing but kind and helpful when needed.

Office staff can be rude in the manner and tone when speaking to tenants. The buildings are NOT kept clean. Buildings not secure; constant trespassers in the building! Security guards take forever to come! Have had to call the police for disruptive neighbors fighting. Smoking cigarettes and weed in a "non-smoking" building. Too many water bugs in the Spring and Summer! The property is constantly flooding with rain. Most of the time it's quiet and peaceful. However, $1500 for a 2-bedroom is high! The entire property is NOT kept up enough or adequately enough to charge the high rent! Praying for the interest rates to go down do that I can purchase my own home! No longer want "neighbors" walking over my head and smelling their smoke!

Very pleasant place to live. Close to everything you need. The staff here are always nice and helpful from the office to maintenance. They do a great job of keeping the exterior and hallways clean. Always repainted the parking lot so it doesn't look run down. I've been here almost 10 years and I have never had any issues.

Wellington Apartments is by far the best apartment I have lived in. It has the best all around facility I feel safe here. Sad part is I cant afford it anymore, I wish I could continue staying here for many more years but rent payment just keeps going up. Staff are friendly and they do such an amazing job keeping it clean.

I come home on a regular basis with my apartment smelling like weed from the people beneath me. I am a first responder and smelling like that and then being told nothing can be done is ridiculous. All they want to do is some more crown molding which would fix nothing. I pay almost $1400 a month and have to live in a weed smelling apartment when I don't even smoke it.
