So far my stay has been amazing. Haven't had any issues besides my car being broken into which wasn't their fault. If any issues do arise Wellington team is on it. Would recommend any one needing, a  affordable place to rent, to rent here.

I have been here 6 years&#44; this past year has been terrible!!  Roof leaking  getting worse and even coming in light fixtur in kitchen&#44;  They keep saying we are going to fix it  NO  and then  take notice to them&#44; pictures even video.  Had them come see all  a couple roofs got fixed  NOT mine  said all they had to do was patch it should be ok now!  Are you kidding me.  Do not rent here  has  I am looking for new place  I&#39;m done.  No wonder they put fliers out trying to get people in here  but again  don&#39;t come here.

When I moved in I thought I would have a great experience. But I when I walked into an empty apartment all I saw was dead water bugs and the office said it was normal. There is nothing normal about that.
